The Foods for a Meal Skipper

Do not skip your meal if you're hunger, just to finish your work or for anything than to waste your time for comforting your condition after hungrily skipping a meal.

Hungry

All people can naturally feel if they're hungry or not. Some people skip their meal for important thing but did you know that there are some bad effects from skipping a meal if you're hunger. So, if you feel that you're hungry, it's good to eat some food! Any food that doesn't bad for a hunger.

Effect

Many busy people skips their meal to finish their work. They thought it is good to finish their work even do they're hungry before eating, but it's not, cause there are bad effects after hungrily skipping a meal. You may lose a lot of time by doing that because when you're hunger, your work may gets slower, you cannot do your work correctly cause you cannot rightly use your mind, and you may waste your time because when your hungry did past, it may causes you an after effect like headache, stomach hurt, becoming weak, and many more. And when you've been already treated your past hungry at that time, the bad effect may still there and need time to comfort that's why you may lose a lot of time from skipping your meal.

There are some food you can eat even you're doing your work. You can eat these foods whether you've doing anything.
  1. Sandwich Crackers is a crackers with flavored sandwich. The basic flavor of this food is chocolate, and have 3 pieces of crackers with flavored sandwich.

  3. Cookies is a chocolate flavored delicious food, some kinds of this food are expensive.

  5. Flavored Bread is the other one of those food in the image above, and it can be fully treated your hungry stomach.
  6. Banana is a fruit, and we all know that the fruit is the basic source of nutrients. Just don't eat it if it's cold when you're hungry.
  7. Instant Food, there are many instant food that didn't list here. They're may be easy to eat, and you may not be dirty by eating those food.
If it possible to drink 1 glass of water after eating one of those foods, don't forget to drink if possible to satisfied from eating those foods.
Advantage

If you eat some food like one of those food when you're hunger, your mind may never gets slower, avoiding headache, never get stomach hurt, and maybe treated your hungry stomach. Most of all, you can able to eat it even you're in work!
